Aluminum plate fin heat exchanger has advantages of high efficiency, small volume, light weight and good applicability which is extensively applied industrial and agricultural production departments. We are a professional manufacturer has advanced vacuum brazing furnace which is composed of modern silicon and microprocessor, the temperature is controlled by programmable system with equal furnace temperature, precise temperature control and good brazing quality. We also have fin-shaped special machine tool which can produce serrated, multihole and corrugated fins to meet the different parameter requirement such as different fin height, distance and thickness, the argon arc welding machine for aluminum alloy cooling component and other fittings, and the pressure testing equipments for intensity inspection and air impermeability testing. With completed equipments, advanced production technology, dependable quality, the enterprise has achieved autonomous management export right, passing IS09002-94: the Certification of Quality Guarantee System, and registering the certificate of GB/T19001-2000—IS09001:2000 at present.
The company has 121 employees, 15 highly specialized technical personnel and 5 technicians。 The development and design of the products adopt CAD technology, forming six series of engineering machinery, screw compressor, piston compressor, vehicle intercooler, air purification and separation, refrigeration and freezing, about 300 varieties of oil cooler, oil-gas cooler, intercooler and so on, part of them which are exported to Korea, Taiwan, Australia, Hong Kong and Macau.
