Denton Vacuum was incorporated in 1964 by its founder Richard Denton. Under his innovative guidance, the company developed its’ reputation for large area coating and custom engineering. Peter Denton, Richard’s son, joined the company in 1977 and has since moved on to become Chairman of the Board. Peter was instrumental in developing ion source technology and computer-based controls. |
