One: Polyester Resin
The subsidiary company had automatic production equipments that have reached domestical advanced level, has an annual productivity of eight thousand tons of saturated polyester resin for making powder coating, now our saturated polyester resin has two types (hybrid and pure), more than twenty kinds;
The company being in the lead at home has served the first powder coating supplier Akso Nobel in the world and some Chinese companies for a long time. Sales market outside of China is more than 20 percent of whole sales of the company.
Our company has passed ISO 9001 Certification.
Two: Metalized Cpp Film and Cpp Film
The subsidiary company just established in the early 2004, we introduced 7000 tons three-layer co-extrusion (the world calss-A 4.3-meter width) CPP cast film lines from USA BATTENFELD GLOUCESTER; and introduced slitting machine from GERMANY JKAMPF in 2004. At the same time, we owned the vacuum aluminum plating machines of america and germany, slitting machine of britain.
We also have film test instrument including the force transducer instrument and heat gradient instrument imported from America and Japan respectively, and the hazemeter instrument, thawing – index instrument and so on.
So cpp and mcpp are our products.
The products has passed ISO 9001 Certification. we have more than one hundred and fifty well trained workers, the products sold to south-east Asia、Europe and so on.
