Gansu Jinshi Chemical Co.,Ltd was founded as Minle Cement Factory in 1970, we became a cooperative shares company in 1997 and a private ( individual proprietorship ) enterprise in 2000. With the transformation of system, we were keeping to make innovation for promoting our development. Up to now, Minle has experienced great development and become a complex manufacturing and trading group, with several subsidiaries (Alumina plant, Cement plant, Subei Chrome industrial company and Qinghai Qilian Cement factory, etc), 450 workers( 120 have technical secondary school education, 42 are management persons, 35 are technicians, the average of staffs is 35 years old) and total assets of RMB 110 million yuan. At present, Minle is the the biggest taxpayer in local place; we sold RMB 85 million yuan of products and got RMB 25 million yuan of profit payments and tax turnover. Our businesses include: The production of chromic salt products, Alumina, Cement, phosphate fertilizer, woven bag, sodium sulphide, soda ash, caustic soda, Sodium silicate, baking soda and white carbon black; Hydroelectric power generation; The mining and selection of chromite and limestone. Presently, Minle has got the certificate of ISO9000 quality system and production licenses of chromic salt, cement and phosphate fertilizer. Our 10KT example project of calcium-free calcination sodium bichromade new producing method has passed the check of SEPA and technical authentication of Sinopec association; this project is only example project of calcium-free calcination sodium bichromade new producing method in China, its method can meet the international standard, and we are the only SEPA-approved company in chromic salt industry of China. Meanwhile, we have got lots of honors from province, city and county governments, including "Trusted company", "Good taxpayer", "Leading company " of Gansu science association in 2001-2003, "The informatization building company" in the manufacturing industry of Gansu province, "One of Top-27 clean production companies" of Gansu economy committee and Gansu environment protection bureau, " Leading environment protection company in "Ten-five-years-program"" of China Petrochemical Association and "Leading private company".
