We manufacture, distribute and service products and system for a broad spectrum of markets. Being a representative of our Taiwan textile factory (I Yu Dyeing & Finishing Co., Ltd.) located in Tao Yuan Industrial Area, established in 1959. Our product history starts from cotton, linen, then many kinds of fibre including rayon, acetate, nylon, polyester, acrylic of which make the product diversities, result in various textile such as T/C, T/R, N/C, N/T, ..... and so on.
In the preliminary stage, garment was our main product, gradually transformed into industry cloth in the field of rubber yacht, shoe material and artificial flower material (Polyester Taffeta). In 1985 started making 150Dx250D 170g/sqm normal yarn for windsurfing kite sail, training sails; 150Dx150D 120g/sqm normal yarn used in Hot sails; 600Dx600D 270g/sqm and 600Dx600D 340g/sqm normal yarn for patch cloth of which used by HK sailmakers, UK sailmakers, Sailseast sailmakers, .... for more than one decade.
In order to keep us at the forefront of the market trends, our factory is full of enthusiasm about R&D, such a spirit not only inspiring our thinking to make service worldwide, but also being our driving force to focus the development of highest performance fabrics. In year 2000 - 2003, we have succeeded in the development of high tenacity polyester and achieved sail cloth in specs. 40Dx40D (#53HPE), 150Dx150D (#140HPE), 150Dx250D (#160HPE), 250Dx250D (#200HPE) and 250Dx300D (#230HPE) , the heavier high tenacity sailcloths are non-stop under development, more fabrics with high tenacity yarn would be present in the very near future.
We don't satisfy to make the service in the field of sailcloth only but involving in allied materials/ accessories and hardware comprising of a wide range of the products for yacht sails, windsurfing and kitesurfing.
Mark cloth is the product that accepted by most sailmakers.
Through our Hong Kong office, we offer one line service, sailcloth produced by our own factory and the allied accessories/hardware provided by our collaborated Taiwan makers.
