Shenyang Fengli Detent Co., Ltd was established in 1993, located in Shenyang Economics and Technology Development Zone- the China equipment manufacturing base. The company is professional automotive spare parts enterprise, which is mainly production and exporting disc brake, brake drum and hub as well as various castings, forging parts and investment parts as well as mechanical parts etc.
Our company has 480 employees, including 6 senior engineer and 10 engineer。With the powerful professional team ，which is rich in development and manufacture experience on Detent’ products as well as castings . Adopt advanced processes and exquisite operational technology, we supply high quality products for customers.
Our company have a modern foundry , covers floor area of 39,960 square meters and building area of15,600 square meters; equipped with 4 sets , 2 ton mid-frequency induction furnaces , eight sets core-shooting machines, resin sand auto-molding lines, hanger blast machine and heat treatment furnace, its annual production capacity is 20,000 ton 。Two modern machining manufactory, covers floor area of 16,675 square meters and building area of 6,798 square meters, equipped with nearly 100 sets advanced equipment, including CNC machine tools, hydraulic semi-auto lathes, vertical drill and mill machining centers and washing & antirust production line, its annual production capacity is 300 million pieces different type disc brake , brake drum and hub and mechanical parts.
Our company have Physics and Chemical inspection center, equipped with Universal Testing Machine, Hardness Tester, Metalloscope, Dynamic balance Testing Machine and Three Coordinate Gauging Machine etc, strictly ensure product quality under the control of condition.
Our company were granted Import and Export License in machinery parts, and passed ISO9001: 2000 international quality management authentication.
