Our compaly is located in Fu Ming Industrial zone, GuanLan Town Baoan District, Shenzhen City China, Which covered 5800 square meters with actual work shop building 3100 square meters and domitory 1800 square meters. The managing staff are 25 and workers 210, we run day and night shifts.
Our mould making team can develope and produce gesso and brone and CNC aluminium mould. Also we are capable to improve our customers' old mould and design new one to decrease production costs and improve work efficiency.
We have 6 plastic moulding machine, 15 punching machine, 5 high frequency pressing machine and 6 folding machine which can be used to produce diffent material range from PVC, PS, PP, PETG to APET. Hence we can meet customers' different requirements. Also we can process the products which need to be pressed for our customers. Based on different dimension of the products, Generally speaking, the output of our every machine is up to 400-1500pcs / hour, our one shift can process 3000kg maerial.
ur packaging not only involved in elcetric products, toys, food, cosmetics, mini home electric appliance and medical products, but also include different kinds of gifts packaging and plastic boxes and flexible plastic bags. At the meantime, we produce working disc and packaging disc too which can be produced by using different material, of which including flocked chips and antistatic material, the thickness of the material ranged from 0. 18 to 1. 5mm.
