We are a Malaysian company which deals with Natural Gum Rubber (latex), our manufacturing plant is based in Malaysia.
Below is a brief introduction about our product. There are many types of rubber but we are becoming a leader in manufacturing house grade rubber. NRG-90 is our high-grade gum rubber processed from latex material. The process used in producing this grade is by using the application of mechanical shear breakdown and Chemicals. Our process of producing house grade rubber is a new de-polymerization process and is 100% environmental friendly.
We produces house grade rubber that is white, which is very suitable for manufacturers with colored rubber products hence replacing SMR L and RSS. The result is good physical properties; therefore reducing product cost is the major consideration; a large quantity of NRG-90 can be used by substituting with the virgin polymer thereby resulting in the cost reduction. With the use of NRG-90 the high physical properties and improved process ability are achieved. This advantage also reduces the processing cost by saving electrical energy and time.
With the present economic situation we believe this would be a good time for all manufactures to seek out alternative which is more cost beneficial to manufacturers.
The followings are the grades we manufacture;
NRG-90P - NR latex material only
NRG-90P - 70H - NR latex Material only
NRG-80M - NR latex materials only
NBR 30 - NBR latex materials only

Weight Per Bale : 25 Kgs
Weight Per Pallet : 1250 Kgs
No of Bale/Pallet : 50 Bales
With Pallet Per 20'ft Container : 20,000 Kgs
Without Pallet Per 20'ft Container : 25,000 Kgs (recomended)
Each bale is wrapped in LDPE bags - melting point below 110 OC
