The original name for Weihai Tonsload Power-Tech Co.,Ltd is Weihai Kaer Electronics LLC. It was established in January, 2005. Since its establishment, we have adhered to the enterprise spirit---innovation, learning, collaboration, professionalism and high standards. From the enterprise’s strategy of sustainable development, we orient to the market,focuse on customers and attach great importance to quality, which makes the company develop very rapidly. Since December, 2007 the company has become an independent legal person with the registered capital 32.8 million RMB. There are four branches (Factory 1 inweihai, Factory 2 inWeihai, Yantai Branch and Qingdao Branch). In March 2011, the company officially changed its name to Weihai Tonsload Power- Tech Co.,Ltd. We have received many awards, annual award of Advanced Enterprise of Foreign Trade in 2009 and 2010, LG Award, Award of World-Class Enterprise from Samsung SMT,etc.. In 2009 we passed ISO9001 and have become one of the leading companies in processig field of private enterprises. In October 2008, we started to build the industrial park wth the investment of 70 million RMB and a total construction area of 21,000 square meters. The first project of industrial park was completed in April 2010 and put into use in the same period. There are more than 1,000 employees in the company. Among them, more than 75% are college graduates. The main products include PDP TV SKD, LCD power supply, Computer LCD LCR power supply, cell phone chargers and other high-tech electronic components. We have Jiaodong area’s advanced equipment and technology of one –stop chain: AI-SMT-PBA. The major equipment includes Global of USA, Japan’sYamaha, Panasonic, Fujitsu, Samsung, etc. with 24 SMT high speed production lines, 12 AI production lines and 10 PBA production lines and 8 assembly lines. The main customers are LG Innotek, Samsung SDI and Hisense Group. The products are directly exported to South Korea, Mexico, Hungary, Poland and other countries or regions.
We have committed ourselves to power’s development and production for a long time. In May 2010 we responsed to the new idea "Green Energy, Environment-friendly Energy" , put forward by the State and Government. We began to develop, produce and sell environment friendly power supply-- big power chargers for electric vehicles and the fourth-generation green light - LED lighting.
In the operating mode, we take as example world-class enterprises like Samsung, LG, Hisense,etc..In management, we use advanced management softwares including BPM, ERP, MES,OA, etc. In human care, we promote the management philosophy of "people-oriented"., trying to achieve “Employees and enterprise share the destiny and make progress together”.
