Notes

1 Welding must quickly when the motor leads, otherwise high temperatures will damage the motor.

3 Pump suction front part should plus filtration, filtration method if you do not know should ask us, avoid inhaling impure gas, affect pump performance.
4 Pump without any treatment, can not work in explosive atmosphere; When extracting harmful gases, customers must re-seal the entire pump to ensure life safety.
5 Foreign body may not fall into the gas nozzle, otherwise it will damage the micro-pump! Smoke, exhaust port connection should be correct, otherwise the pump will work unusual miniature or damaged.
6. Containing fumes can not be used for pumping gas sample, if you must smoke. Timely cleaning pump diaphragm plus the best after filtering or pumping.
7. When the pump draws gas containing a lot of dust, it is preferable add air inlet filter in the front of the import part. Avoid vacuum and pumping speed decreased. If they have been decreased, you can disassemble the up cover and the middle cover (air chamber pieces), do not move other parts of the pump, with alcohol cotton scrub the gas chamber diaphragm and install again.
