Functions:

A potent anti-oxidant that plays an essential role in building collagen, the connective tissue that holds us together.

An essential anti-aging ingredient that helps reverse and help prevent photo-damage while improving and preventing pigmentation problems.

Ascorbic acid contains bioflavonoids (like rutin/ hesperidin etc.) which are found in fresh food, especially citrus fruits, that help promote the effectiveness of vitamin C and build capillary strength. Because of its acidic nature, it also helps improve tone and texture by removing dead skin cells and diminish the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

L-ASCORBYL PALMITATE: The oil soluble salt of ascorbic acid (vitamin C).
Used as a preservative and anti-oxidant,
it interacts synergistically with vitamin E. Because of its solubility in fats, it is very effective in preventing lipid peroxidation. Has many of the same anti-aging benefits of ascorbic acid: stimulates collagen and elastin production, reduces hyper-pigmentation, and fights free radical and UV damage.

An excellent skin conditioner and moisturizer, this emollient oil is high in essential fatty acids to soothe and heal dry skin. A rapidly penetrating oil with anti-oxidant properties that help protect
against free radical damage.
