  Cabernet Sauvignon: Geography, Produced in the recognized wine area of Brestovitza, Bulgaria. Viticulture: grown in warm conditions, the wine produced has a jammy, stewed flavour. Flavour & Character: Distinctive blackcurrant flavour with a hint of mint and cedar. Vinification: Fermented in stainless steel or oak. Matured in old oak. Style: Well rounded, high in tannin content and ages admirably. Dry, mellow, medium bodied, impressively endowed, outstanding, well-balanced Cabernet. Price EXW, in btl 75 cl $ 1.35-1.55 depending on quantity on other factors. Up to 170.000 bottles of Cabernet Sauvignon from 2003 or 2004. We sell the bottles in containers with 12.500 bottles each, minimum order therefore is one container. The wine has been bottled in Bulgaria and bottles are labelled Cabernet Sauvignon.
