Our gratings designed pockets of square meshes and continous roving systems, makes it resistant to high impact.
With the help of any selected resin system, fire retardant grating can be obtained. Hence it's an ideal choice for offshore, petroleum.
Application: chemical plant, oil plant, power plant, food-processing, wastewater treatment, electronic industry.
It can be easily installed with no extra efforts like heavy lifters and it can be fixed using bolts through clamps to base structure.
Won't deform and don't need replacement.
This process involves constant monitoring of temperature control and curing circle.
Resin system: Economy grade polyester, food-grade, vinyle ester, epoxy..
1.Type O (orthophthalic polyester resin):
1) These gratings can be used in seawater, weak acid, and other
special environments
2) Operation temperature: 50 ~ 60oC
2. Type I (isophthalic polyester resin):
1) These gratings can be used in middle concentration inorganic
acids, inorganic alkalis, and other special environments
2) Operation temperature: 50 ~ 90oC
3. Type V (vinyl ester resin):
1) These gratings can be used in corrosive environments, both acid
and alkali
2) Operation temperature: 50 ~ 110oC
4. Type P (phenolic aldehyde):
1) Has exceedingly good fire resistance, acid resistance and
dissolvent resistance
2) Oxygen index: 50
3) Low smoke levels, high temperature resistance
5. Long-term usage temperature: 180oC
