It is covering a floor area of nearly 80,000sq.m, with modern workshop area of about 50,000sq.m, and investment of over RMB 120 million. We are equipped with advanced production equipment, such as punching machine, cold drawing machine, cold-rolling mill, hardening machine, straightening machine, acid washing facility, automatic polishing machine, and imported German precision detection apparatus, such as direct reading spectrometer, ultrasonic flaw detection equipment, eddy-current test equipment, hydrostatic testing machine, hydraulic universal tester, and inter-granular corrosion equipment, etc, which can guarantee the product quality.
We are capable of manufacturing seamless pipe from 6mm--630mm in outer diameter, from 0.5mm--30mm in wall thickness with the length up to 20 meters,and welded pipe from 13mm--1000mm in outer diameter from 0.9mm--20mm in wall thickness. We perform to GB, ASTM,DIN,JIS,EN etc standards.Our annual output reaches 20000 metric tons.
