The rope consisting of rope core and rope overcoat. Rope core always plays an important role in bearing strength capacity. The overcoat is used to protect the core without damage. The core is usually applied by high-quality nylon fibers. Then the fibers are woven into strands and thin ropes. Finally, a certain amount of paralleled thin ropes are gathered and spun a little to be a sturdy rope. The next step is put the sturdy ropes on the 32-spindle woven machine to make the overcoat. Finally, mountaineering rope can be made. Diameter ranges from 6mm-16mm. Different colour paterns can be made according to customer requirement.
