1). frame : Solid wood for structure, Plywood for arm, Foam & spring (match like a net) for suspension
2). Foam : 40 density foam and pocket spring for seat cushion, 35 density foam for arm, fiber for small cushion
3). cover:Good Fabric supply from China
4). leg : chinese Oak/ Stainless steel
We have 3 diameter(1.8, 2.0, 2.2) of spring coil to choose
We can also supply fabric & foam complied with UK & USA Fire Retardant Standard.
Other color and material of cover are available.
2.packing style
bag packing with four layers;
foam & corrugated cardboard wrapping with corner protection;
middle layer with polyester;
outer layer with non-woven cloth bag.
3.Quality Control
1). Before the order to be confirmed, we would check the material & color of fabric by sample.
2). We will be tracing the different phase of production from the beginning.
3).Every sofa quality checked & cleaned before packing.
4).Before delivery clients could send one QC or point the third party to check the quality.
5). We will try our best to help clients when problem occurred.
