Characters:
Granules come in cylinder and round shape,light yellow colored with slight fragrance, easily decomposed by microbes within 90 days. They are anti-static, easily colored, can be processed alone without adding any polyolefin material like PP,PE,PS,PVC.etc.passed EN13432 & ASTMD6400

Application range:
◆compostable packing film & membrane product
◆compostable bags,like shopping bag,garbage bag,packing bags,etc.

Processing equipment;
◆Common film-blowing machine,cast-film extruder, bag making equipment,printer,heat-seal machine,etc. those which PE,PP used can be applicable. The resin is especially suitable for downward blowing and water-cooling system.

Remarks:
◆Do please sealed and store the resin in a dry environment to avoid absorbing moisture.
◆Once becomes damp, it should be dried for 2 hours at 80℃,and then can be put into production.
◆The right processing temperature is that when the corn starch fragrance can be smelled at the hopper.
◆Can be easily decomposed under a microbial environment within 90 days.
