CBN cutting inserts grades are formulated and specifically developed for machining hardened steel, pearlitic cast iron, hard iron and superalloys. CBN inserts: 1. Performance: Excellent wear-resistance and shock-resistance. 2. Material: CBN blanks made-in-China and imported are available here. 3. Application: Turning various Hardened steel HRC 50-67, gray cast iron about HB200, high hardness cast iron HRC 50-64, powder metallurgy work-piece, thermal spray coating work-piece etc. 4. We also can customize non-stranded inserts as customers' drawings and designs.

Solid CBN are always used for rough machining of big cast iron work piece, big hardened steel. Solid CBN has several advantage as follow: 1. Solid CBN is very wearing, have a long service life. 2. Solid CBN have very strong resistance, suitable for large cutting depth machine. 3. Solid CBN can get a high production efficiency. 4. The work piece can get a perfect surface quality.
