Product Detail

This series automatic air cleaning, oil filling and capping machine. It is suitable for ration filling all kinds of edible oil, fruit sauce, flavor sauce, small piece fruit drink other high concentrated liquid. It adopts high pressure aseptic air to blow and clean the inside of the bottle, liquid level in the liquid storage tank and the liquid flowing-in tunnels are automatically controlled synchronously. Empty bottles are conveyed by air conveyer or screw pole. The filling valves, capping heads start working when inspect bottles.
Its characteristics are rational design, compact conformation and convenience operation and maintenance. Main machine is adopted frequency speed control, it runs placidity and credibility.
