Unlike other paintings, in our cloisonne paintings, wood or PC board is as a basic bottom board, oxidation resisting smooth copper wires act as brush strokes and natural colorful sand are used for frit enamel material. The style is an intergration of classicality and modern, a combination of Chinese and western elements.

Cloisonne handicraft painting general process is as following for your reference:

Step 1: making a line copy of the original picture on a wooden or PC board

NO.2: gluing brass wires along with the pattern

NO.3: adding various color enamel frit from a fluid dropper in conformance with the master inlay pattern.

NO.4: adding the superglue into the entire pattern to ensure fastness

The finial step is special handling, such as polishing, covering resin film and framing, which comes up to antioxidative, anticorrosive, water-repellent and never- faded speciality.
