Product Detail

The lathe bed is made up of steel tube of thick wall. It provides a rigid and steady processing platform for lathe bed through FEA and design. In addition, all parts of the lathe bed had eliminated stress before its processing.DAM-CNC1325Router is one of the highest cost performance and economical products, which matches the domestic electric spindle of 4.5kw(optional HSD electric spindle imported from Italy) and centrifugal vacuum pump.

Table-board adopts vacuum suction, which made up of Bakelite plate with heat resistance, anti-corrosion. And it can adsorb non-metal material of different area. The table-board of vacuum suction is divided into 6 processing area, which can be processed in single area and simultaneous. Then it can improve the efficiency of processing.

Y-axis adopts two bilateral to drive, which can do the heavy-load cutting.The machine adopts embedded DSP cnc system of USB transmission, which can achieve continuation on break point, off memory, standard configuration of 128M flash memory and offline operation completely.

It has fast processing speed and high efficiency. Its traveling speed can up to 45000 mm/min, and it can up to 15000mm/min in processing of waved plate.

Scope of application:
It can be used in solid door engraving, density board engraving, rigid plastics engraving, antique furniture engraving, artistic mural of solid door, music 3D curve surface engraving, outer cutting and so on.
