  The conductive ESD PET Release Film is made by Evervictory Acutech Corporation proprietary ICP surfacing technology with absolutely zero loading of carbon black and surfactants. Unlike most PET release films currently available in the market, EACs ESD PET release film offer exceptional ESD protection in Thermal Pressing, AutoClave and Cladding, Laminating as well as peeling.

This ESD properties are ideal for modern PCB, FPC, RFID production processes. Our ESD PET Release offers superb protection against tribocharging even at low temperatures and low RH levels. Free of contaminants, such as sloughing off of carbon particles and migrated or aggregated hygroscopic surfactant molecules, the resultant ESD PET Release Film complies with IEC 61340.5.1 standards and exceed MIL.B.81705.C specifications and S20.20 requirements. This conductive ESD PET release is well suited for spacer tape and carrier application. The spacer tape can be applied in TCP, Tape Carrier Packaging and COF, Chip on Film IC packaging utilizing FPC, flexible printed circuit film as the medium for packaging IC chips. Examples include LCD driver IC packaging, printer head IC packaging, the fingerprint sensor IC packaging, the MEMS based medical device packaging including MEMS microphone, hearing aid, blood glucose sensor IC, RFID module, and other bioelectrical IC packaging. In addition, our ESD PET release film has the following distinct advantages:

Using our ESD PET Release, the electrostatic build up due to
tribocharging is suppressed almost completely.

Your device is guarded against ESD EOS at all conditions including hot pressing, autoclave cladding and laminating, and peeling

The ESD PET Release work well with dry film photoresist processes.

We can provide ESD PET Release on both sides giving process advantages, meaning ESD protection and excellent release on both sides through out your applications.

Our ESD PET Release has excellent Scuff Resistance and Antiscratch properties so that your electrostatic sensitive device is well
