Product Detail
The clear conductive polyimide release film gives excellent release with a surface resistance 1.0E6 ohms. In other words, the amber color polyimide release film is capable of suppressing any electrostatic buildup upon lamination and peeling. This PI based release film is made by Evervictory Acutech Corporation proprietary ICP surfacing technology with absolutely zero loading of carbon black and surfactants. With the exceptional mechanical properties of PI, this conductive ESD PI Release Film can sustain processing temperature as high as 250 degree C without degrading ESD protection. If you are looking for ESD protection at ultra high temperature lamination and peeling, EACs Clear Conductive ESD PI Release film gives you just that with the exception mechanical strength of polyimide.
It is also particularly suitable for tab spacer tapes and conveyor tapes for high temperature application where tribocharging needs to be suppressed completely for insitu device protection. The spacer tape can be applied in TCP, Tape Carrier Packaging and COF, Chip on Film IC packaging utilizing FPC, flexible printed circuit film as the medium for packaging IC chips. Examples include LCD driver IC packaging, printer head IC packaging, the fingerprint sensor IC packaging, the MEMS based medical device packaging including MEMS microphone, hearing aid, blood glucose sensor IC, RFID module, and other bioelectrical IC packaging. It has every advantage that our ESD PET Release Film can offer at even higher temperatures. Our advantages are:
The clear conductive ESD PI Release Film is amber color.
The PI Release can suppress static build up in high temperature lamination, autoclave copper cladding, peeling and hot pressing etc.
Zero loading of carbon black, meaning there will be no sloughing off of carbon particles.
Our conductive ESD PI Release Film can suppress tribocharging and give release properties at temperatures that conventional PET release film fails.
The conductive ESD PI Release work well with dry film photoresist processes.
We can provide ESD PI Film with conductivity and release on both sides giving process advantages, meaning ESD protection and excellent release on both sides through out your applications.
Our ESD PI Release has excellent Scuff Resistance and Antiscratch properties so that your electrostatic sensitive device is well guarded, and
The Clear conductive ESD Polyimide Release film is RoHS compliant.
