Different of the electro and hot dipped galvanized iron wire
a.Electro galvanized iron wire features:Electric galvanized iron wire is in the plating bath by current unipolarity zinc plating on metal surface gradually, production speed is slow, uniform coating, the thickness of thin, usually only 3-15 microns, bright appearance, corrosion resistance is poor. Relative to hot dip galvanized, electro-galvanizing production cost is low.
b.Hot dipped galvanized iron wire is melting in the heat inside the liquid zinc immersion plating, production speed, coating thickness, but are not uniform, the market allows the minimum thickness of 45 microns, up to 300 microns. Color is darker, more consumption of zinc metal, metal forming infiltration layer and matrix, and good corrosion resistance, hot dip galvanized outdoor environment can stay for decades.
Electro galvanized iron wire product process:
steel rod coil> wire drawing> annealing,>rust removing,>acid washing >galvanizing to wire coiling.
