Rounding head: Using the automatic round equipment to foam a round shaped appearance with stable quality.
Connecting tail: Using the fully automatic contecting tail equipment to make it in one-step foaming.
Cleaning: By using the automatic cleaning and drying machine, tubes have high cleanliness, no scratches, no remaining drops of water in a greatly shorten drying time.
Coating: Coating with a fully automatic three target magnetron sputtering coating machine,and the coating film is not aging and anti attenuation.
Sealing: The semi-automatic horizontal sealing machine could reduce scratches. Tubes are with Stress stability and beautiful nozzle.
Exhausting air: Using automatic exhausting machine to evacuate the tube at 400 degrees Celsius hign temperature could ensure good heat insulation performance.
Baking: Using of the heating equipment with high frequency could completely pump out the air in the interlayer to achieve the complete vacuum state.
Detection: Detecting heat absorption and emission rate of the coating film, and simulating the anti-strike capability of the evacuated tubes.
