  Product Introduction:
The multilayer sintered mesh is a new-type filtration material featuring with higher mechanical strength and integral rigidity structure made by using special technique like lamination molding and vacuum sintering on the multilayer metal wire mesh. The staggered mesh forms into an uniform and ideal filtration structure, which not only overcomes the disadvantages of common metal mesh such as lower strength, bad rigidity and instable mesh shape, but also realizes the reasonable matching and design of pore size, permeability and strength. All these advantages make the material surpass other filtration materials in comprehensive performances including fine filtration precision, filtration impedance, mechanical strength, wear resistance, heat resistance and processibility. As an ideal material for the filtration required high comprehensive strength and filtration precision, it has been widely used for the fields of petrochemical industry, nuclear electricity, synthetic fiber, film, foods, pharmacy, astronavigation, environmental protection, etc.
Structure and Features:
1. Standard five-layer mesh: it composed of four parts namely protective layer, filtering layer, separation layer and double supporting layers.
2. High intensity, fine rigidity: better mechanical strength and comprehensive strength, fine processing, welding and assembling performance, easily operated;
3. Uniform and reliable precision: all filtration precision can realize uniform filtration performance. No change of mesh during operation;
4. Wide application environment: it can be used for the filtration under -200~650 centigrate temperature and acid-base environment;
5. Fine cleaning performance: better back washing effect; it can be applied repeatedly with long service life|(back flow, filtrate, ultrasonic wave, dissolution, baking and other cleaning methods can be adopted ).
