What's Gardenia Red Pigment
</h2>

Gardenia Red Natural Color Sales.Pure Natural Color Gardenia Red is an obtained through enzymatic reaction between gardenia extract geniposide and amino-compound. It appears as dark purple in the aqueous solution. It has a good stability to light and heat. It can be used in a wide range of PH condition. As one of gardenia serial colors, Gardenia red not only can be used as a single red pigment, but also can be used to blend with gardenia yellow to achieve other colors.

Gardenia red pigment is reddish brown powder or liquid, soluble in water, 30% ethanol solution, insoluble in ethanol and grease.
</p>
<p>
Type I products in PH value between 3.5 ~ 8 colors and solubility stability, type II products between 3.0 ~ 8 colors and solubility stability; Heat resistance, good light fastness; Oxidant and reducing agent for pigment without adverse effect; Excellent dyeing of protein and carbohydrates.
