The function of the stator is to produce alternating current. The stator is mounted on the outside of the rotor, and the front and rear end caps of the generator are fixed together. When the rotor is rotated inside, the change of the magnetic flux in the stator winding is caused, and the alternating induced electromotive force is generated in the stator winding. The stator consists of a stator core and a stator winding (coil). Alternator stator assembly and connection method a) stator winding star connection b) stator winding triangular connection stator core by the inner ring slot, insulated silicon steel sheet stacked. The stator windings have three sets of coils, symmetrically embedded in the slots of the stator core. Three-phase winding connection Star connection and triangular connection of two, can produce three-phase AC.
