  100mw solid state 473nm oem laser module is made features of ultra compact, small size, wide operating
temperature, good sealing, long lifetime, low cost and easy operating, working
under the pressure of 0.02kPa, which is used in fluorescence sensors, Raman
spectrum, laser printing, holography, laser display, submarine communication,
biomedicine, etc. Its central wavelength is 473±1nm and the output power is between 1mW and 100mw. Besides, the warm-up time is less than 10 minutes.The beam height from base plate is 19mm. The warranty period is within 1 year. The power stability is between 3% and 5%. The beam
diameter at the aperture<span> is nearly0.7±0.05mm. And the beam
divergence is less than 1.5 mrad.<br />
