Globe valves may be used for either isolation or throttling service, by installing the apporpriate disc: flat-seat disc for moderate throttling, cage for more severe throttling, and parabolic plug for linear flow control</span>.&nbsp;</span>Both flange ends and BW ends are avaiable for industrial pipeline connection.
