The Yuyang Non-woven production lines are available in configuration of one to four beams. The mixture of spun bonded fabric and metl-blown beams is customized to the product in question. In every line configuration, the meltblown non-woven is enclosed in at least one layer of spun bonded fabric. How many dies are chosen to be opened depends on your quantity demanded. 


 



The SMMS3200 polypropylene spun-bonded nonwoven product line consists of two spunbond dies and two meltblown dies, extruding machine, melt filter, measuring pump, refrigerator, winding machine and so on. These main components of the SMMS 3.2m nonwoven machine are manufactured by professional factory in Changzhou, Shanghai or Wuhan. Also, the rest part of the SMMS3200 composite nonwoven fabric line is manufactured by our selves since our company has a large number of professional engineers and technicians.

For the product which product weight is 30g/㎡, width is 3.2m, the capacity is around 13000 KG/day;


For the product which product weight is 60g/㎡, width is 3.2m, the capacity is around 15000KG/day.


SMMS power consumption is around 500 KVH/ton-800 KVH/ton, and real energy consumption is decided by specifications of the product.
