The SMS composite non-woven fabric production line uses PP as raw material, and it is laminated by theromo-bonding, using filaments extruded from threaded rod. The product features high strength, tiny difference of vertical and horizontal strength without any adhesive as well as innocuity and corrosion resistant. 


 



The SMS3200 polypropylene spun-bonded nonwoven product line consists of two spunbond dies and one meltblown die , extruding machine, melt filter, measuring pump, refrigerator, winding machine and so on. These main components of the SMS3.2m nonwoven machine are manufactured by professional factory in Changzhou, Shanghai or Wuhan. Also, the rest part of the SMS3200 composite nonwoven fabric line is manufactured by our selves since our company has a large number of professional engineers and technicians.

For product which product weight is 30g/㎡, width is 3.2 m, the capacity is around 12000KG/day;


For product which product weight is 60g/㎡, width is 3.2m, the capacity is around 14000KG/day.


SMS power consumption is around 500 KVH/ton-800 KVH/ton, and real energy consumption is decided by specifications of the product.
