The 2.0m SSS nonwoven machine is polypropylene non-woven fabric
equipment. Its raw material is polypropylene(PP), take the principle of
spinning  fibres, during polymer filature, continuous filament is extended
into fiber, during which is finished by mechanical hot pressing. The product is widely used for dress, medical
sanitation materials, and daily life products and in the industrial,
agricultural fields. They are mostly applied to the non-woven bags. In addition, this production line can produce non-woven
fabrics of different color, different grams, and different lines according to users`
demand. 



 



 


The SSS2000 polypropylene spun-bonded nonwoven product line consists of three spinning boxes, extruding machine, melt filter, measuring pump, refrigerator, winding machine and so on. These main components of the SSS2.0 m nonwoven machine are manufactured by professional factory in Changzhou, Shanghai or Wuhan. Also, the rest part of the SSS2000 PP spunbond nonwoven fabric line is manufactured by ourselves since our company has a large number of professional engineers and technicians.

Technical process of product line:


Recycling raw material + side material-melting and extruding-filtering-measuring-filtering-spinning-cooling-air dragging-air dispersing-air-laid web forming--cooling-winding-slitting-product packing-entering into warehouse-conducting sales.


 


Production capacity and energy consumption:


For product which product weight is 30g/㎡, width is 2.0 m, the capacity is around 10500 KG/day; 


For product which product weight is 60g/㎡, width is 2.0 m, the capacity is around 12500 KG/day.


SSS power consumption is around 500 KVH/ton-800 KVH/ton, and real energy consumption is decided by specifications of the product.
