The Yuyang Nonwoven Machinery took part in the design and development of spun-bond and melt-blown composite non-woven machine. Therefore, the line designed and manufactured by Yuyang has the advantages of running in a high auto immunization and intellectualization, no
pollution, and applying  a linker to connect with the air conveyor, which can directly
inline with filling machine.


 



The SMMS2200 polypropylene spun-bonded nonwoven product line consists of two spunbond dies and two meltblown dies , extruding machine, melt filter, measuring pump, refrigerator, winding machine and so on. These main components of the SMMS 2.2m nonwoven machine are manufactured by professional factory in Changzhou, Shanghai or Wuhan. Also, the rest part of the SMMS2200 composite nonwoven fabric line is manufactured by our selves since our company has a large number of professional engineers and technicians.

Production capacity and energy consumption:


For product which product weight is 30g/㎡, width is 2.2m, the capacity is around 11000 KG/day;


For product which product weight is 60g/㎡, width is 2.2m, the capacity is around 13000KG/day.


SMMS power consumption is around 500 KVH/ton-800 KVH/ton, and real energy consumption is decided by specifications of the product.
