The product of the SMMS3000 polypropylene spun-bonded nonwoven product line is composite non-woven fabric. The spun-bond and melt-blown technologies are
related, yet each has its own distinct characteristics.
the spun-melt Nonwoven is a composite web that takes advantage of the
benefits of each manufacturing process. The spun-bond fabrics have good
strength characteristics but tend to be very porous. Whereas melt-blown fabrics
are known for their filtration capability rather than their strength.
Therefore, the technology to combine these two processes yields a third web
that has the functional characteristics of both individual webs. 



 



The SMMS3000 polypropylene spun-bonded nonwoven product line consists of two spunbond dies and two meltblown dies, extruding machine, melt filter, measuring pump, refrigerator, winding machine and so on. These main components of the SMMS 3m nonwoven machine are manufactured by professional factory in Changzhou, Shanghai or Wuhan. Also, the rest part of the SMMS3000 composite nonwoven fabric line is manufactured by our selves since our company has a large number of professional engineers and technicians.

For product which product weight is 30g/㎡, width is 3m, the capacity is around 12000 KG/day;


For product which product weight is 60g/㎡, width is 3m, the capacity is around 13500 KG/day.


SMMS power consumption is around 500 KVH/ton-800 KVH/ton, and real energy consumption is decided by specifications of the product.
