Peiyu Plastics Corporation (PYPC), one of the largest plastic film suppliers in Asia, has been supplying all sorts of plastic films ans sheets since 1978 and selling worldwide more than 40,000 tons of plastic films annually. We have capacity to produce about 2,500 tons of PVC and 500 tons of PET monthly. The PVC we produce range from 0.15mm to 0.8mm (0.0059"to 0.0315") in thickness and 1600mm (63") wide maximum. The PET we produce range from 0.2mm to 1.2mm (0.0079" to 0.0472") in thickness and 700mm (27.6") wide maximum.
We currently have 150 employees in Taiwan and Vietnam, and five warehouses & two manufacture plants that amount to totally 43,500 meter square factory size. We now possess two state-of-the-art Japanese rigid PVC film calenders, which produce more than 30,000 tons of PVC films yearly. We also have three extruder lines that manufacture about 10,000 tons of PET/PP/PS films annual production capacity. With our own distribution network, we supply our films to thermoform factories, printing hous, and the general packaging industry domestically and overseas.
